Venison is a separate product: loin or leg depending on arrivals, with a minimum of 1 kg. It does not carry the lamb’s Label Rouge designation. Confirm the available cut and, if required, the halal documentation for that batch.
For a shared meal, tell your adviser how many people you are serving and the preparation you need. The actual available weight and total are confirmed before you approve the order. A price per kilo is not the price of a whole cut.
