Our role, and what it is not

We publish this site: we present the products, we write the product pages, we answer your questions and we pass your requests on.

Accompagnement Transition Ltd is not the seller of the food products presented here. We do not produce them, we do not farm them, we do not prepare them, we do not cut them and we do not deliver them. Your order is prepared, delivered and invoiced by our supplier partner, who collects payment directly.

We issue no certificate, and we hold none. Certifications — halal, organic, labels, appellations and quality marks — are issued by accredited bodies, to identified producers, and rest with our supplier partner.

Nothing is paid on this website. We act as an intermediary and we are paid by our supplier partner. You pay us nothing.

Your request is passed on to our supplier partner, who takes charge of preparation, delivery and invoicing.

Product information

The information you read on our product pages — name, origin, breed, feed, farming method, marbling, packaging, labels, organic and halal statements — is given to us by our supplier partner. We publish it in good faith and update the page as soon as something new reaches us.

What we answer for is that what we publish is faithful: that the page says what we were told. What we do not answer for is whether what we are told is accurate, nor the validity of the certifications that come with it.

Anything we cannot have confirmed has no place here: we do not write it, and we take it down.

If you need a specific document, tell us: we pass the request on.

Prices

Prices shown are indicative, per kilo or per pack as stated on the product page, VAT included. Because meat and fish are sold by actual weight, the final amount is confirmed with you at weighing, before delivery. You are committed only from that confirmation.

Images, texts and names mentioned

The texts, guides and layout of this site are the property of Accompagnement Transition Ltd. Any reproduction without our written agreement is prohibited.

Trade marks, appellations and quality marks mentioned belong to their owners. We do not hold them and we do not represent them.

Some recipe visuals are created with artificial-intelligence assistance; they are illustrative. If you believe a visual belongs to you, write to us: we will remove it or credit it.
