Where the information published here comes from
Everything you read on a product page — origin, breed, farming, grade, cut, preparation, halal statements, labels, appellations and quality marks — is passed to us by our supplier partner. We publish it as it reaches us.
We do not establish it. We hold no certificate and we issue none. Certifications are issued by accredited bodies, to identified producers: they rest with our supplier partner, never with us.
What we answer for is that what we publish is faithful: that the page says what we were told. What we do not answer for is whether what we are told is accurate.
